Being Doctor Marini’s personal assistant is a role that I cover with a high level of professionalism and precision.

I manage the office appointments every day, optimising times and urgent issues.

Just a few hours ago, I was leaving for the trade fare in Valencia and an important customer who we had been waiting to close a deal with for some time called at the last minute, outside of office hours, and Doctor Marini was out.

If I had stopped to write an E-mail with all the details, I would have been late and missed the flight for my trip, but I decided to use VOCAL-IT and, in just a few seconds, I left a voice memo on Doctor Marini’s desk with all the details, including about lunch the next day with the customer (I knew what his favourite dish was, which is never a bad thing when closing a deal), which I then booked later over the phone on my way to the airport.
